Low Carb Noodles For Fat Loss

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of mushroom
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 1 onion
  4. 1 tsp of minced garlic
  5. 1 tbs of grass fed butter
  6. 1 bag of shirataki noodles
  7. avocado oil for cooking
  8. 1 tbs of keto ketchup
  9. 1 tbs of cream cheese
  10. a splash of heavy cream
  11. red onion and green onion to decorate
  12. 1 cup of cooked chicken

Instruction:

Cook mushroom in grass fed butter. Scramble the eggs. Fri the onion and minced garlic. Add shirataki noodles and mix it very well. Then add cream cheese and heavy cream. When everything is combined, add fried mushrooms and eggs. Also add your cooked chicken and serve it with red onion and green onion.
