Cooking at Home

If you like to cook at home, it will be easy for you to be on track. Try to eat low carb and low sugar. Eat plenty of vegetables and moderate protein. Also eat healthy fats like avocado and use avocado oil, olive oil when you saute your vegetables. If you are following Keto friendly food stay on your favorite food. For example, I like zucchini and shrimp or rice cauliflower and chicken curry. If you are having trouble finding the right tools to cut your vegetables and looking for almond flour to make your favorite dessert you can buy online. So that you will be in less stress to make your own food. I have the affiliate links for you which I personally like to use when I am cooking or meal prepping.

Swap Your Favorite Food into Keto Friendly Food

You can make your favorite food in Keto style. For example, if you like butter chicken with rice, you can replace rice with cauliflower. It tastes super delicious and you will not miss the rice. You also can make cakes or brownies or any sweet or dessert items with almond flour or coconut flour instead of regular flour. In this way you can stay low in carb and low in sugar during the Holidays too.

Do Exercise in the Morning Before Breakfast

It is so important to take care of our body. Doing daily exercise is not only good for our body but also good for our mind. So try to do exercise in the first hour in the morning because when the day starts so many excuses come before exercise and then we end up skipping exercise. By doing exercise we allow our body to burn excess fat and also help to maintain our healthy body.

#5

Drink Warm Water With Lemon Before Eating Anything in The Morning

Drinking enough water is a must. Before we drink or eat anything, we all must drink at least a cup of warm water. If you add lemon, it is even better because this water helps to reduce toxins from our body. It is a very good way to start a day.
