I’m so happy you’re here! I’m a mom of a sweet little boy, married to my sweetheart and passionate about low carb, low sugar and Keto LifeStyle!
Before pregnancy and during pregnancy I gained a lot of weight. After delivering my baby I was completely unable to lose that huge weight.
I also faced pre diabetics, high blood pressure and PCOS, I came across to Keto diet to fix the root. This keto lifestyle completely changed my life. Eating low carb, moderate protein and healthy fats gave me a new life. I helped other women and moms to lead in Keto Lifestyle and they got the amazing results. Now I want to teach you how to do it, so that you also can have healthy and happy life!
I prefer to eat healthy food to live a better life. When I am fit I can help others.
