I think we all like sweet food except some exceptional people. To make food sweet we need sugar. But we all know how the sugar affects our body and how damaging it is.

There are a lot of sugar substitutes/sweeteners in the market and you might not know which one is the best. We are consuming sugar substitute and thinking that this is not a regular sugar and will not harm us. But we are wrong, because most of the sugar substitute are as harmful as regular sugar. In some cases, they are worse than regular sugar.

Some of us might take honey which is good in moderation but it also has high sugar and high calories.     1. I do not eat sugar. Recently I lost about 25 lbs. due to sickness. Somehow, managed to get back 10 lbs. Is it still advisable to follow Keto diet?

      1. Yea!! Sure you can start this diet any time bcz it is a lifestyle. Just eat low carb, moderate protein and healthy fat everyday, that’s it!! As you just recovered from sickness just try to stay on low carb diet then when feel your best, stop snacking, go by 3 meals a day to heal the body!! Good luck!!👍
