I love sweet dessert or any type of cakes. But also want to stay on keto. So here is the solution. I had a lot of fun making this cup cakes with my little kid and sweet husband. This was our evening activity with fun and excitement. You also can try to make it at home and enjoy the time with family. This is low in carb and has zero sugar. So let’s try it!!!!

Dry ingredients
2. 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
3. 2 tbsp of swerve
4. ½ tsp of baking powder
5. ½ tsp of salt
Wet ingredients
- One large egg
- 2 tbsp of melted butter
- ½ cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp of melted dark chocolate
How to make
Preheat the oven at 350 degree celsius. Melt the butter and dark chocolate in microwave for 30 seconds (depending on the power of the microwave). Take all the wet ingredients in one bowl and mix it except the heavy whipping cream. Leave it to add at the end. Take another bowl for dry ingredients and mix them all. Then pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and also add whipping cream slowly to mix everything together. If you need more liquid, add little water to bring a paste of the ingredients.
Spray the cupcake tray with oil or put cupcake papers in the cupcake tray.
Then pour the mixture slowly.
Bake it for 15 minutes. Yes within 15 minutes your delicious cupcake will be ready. Check with a toothpick and leave it for few minutes outside the oven.
Some people like to eat cupcakes warm, some people like cold. I like both. You can serve it with whipped cream on top and a raspberry to decorate.
