Cauliflower is one of the versatile vegetable and it just fit in keto as it has only 5 grams of carb in 1 cup of cauliflower. This is the substitute of rice and potatoes without all the carbs. It has lots of nutrients value.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of shredded cauliflower
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp of almond flour 
  • 1 egg
  • Pink Himalayan salt to taste
  • ½ tsp of Black paper
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ tsp ginger powder 
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp of smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp of parsley fakes
  • Avocado oil to fry

    Instruction:

    Add everything in a bowl and mix it very well. In the hot pan put avocado oil and fry it until brown. Remove the excess oil by paper towel and then serve it warm.
