How to Make Keto Pizza with Cauliflower

This keto pizza is very healthy and delicious. You can eat this without any guilt because the ingredients are low in carb and low in sugar. I tried other keto pizza but this recipe worked better for me. I prefer to use natural and organic ingredients. I did not use any salt or oil because of the cheese. Make sure to use low sugar sauces because many sauce has tons of sugar.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of grated cauliflower
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (I use organic brand or from costco)
  • 2 large eggs
  • Tomato sauce (always choose low sugar and low carb)
  • Pizza toppings of your choice (I used onion, tomato slices, green paper, prosciutto and cheese.)

Directions

  1. First preheat the oven to 350°F. Then cut parchment paper to match the size and shape of your pizza pan. This will prevent the crust to stick to the pan.
  2. Grate the head of the cauliflower and remove any large chunks.
  3. Mix cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, and two eggs together until well-mixed.
  4. Place the cauliflower mixture at the center of the parchment paper or the pizza pan. Spread the mixture thinly and evenly throughout up to the edges of the pan.
  5. Bake the crust at 450°F for 15 minutes.
  6. Gather your toppings. Start with a little bit of tomato sauce and spread it on the pizza crust.
  7. Top the food with cheese, then add other toppings of your choice, like tomatoes, onion, bell paper, spinach, zucchini, mushroom, ground/sliced meat of your choice, etc. I added onion, tomato slices, green paper, prosciutto and cheese.
  8. Now bake this until the cheese is melted evenly and turned into golden brown.
