Keto diet is well known for being a low carb diet, where the body breaks fat instead of glucose.

When you eat something high in carbs, your body will produce glucose and insulin.

Glucose is the easiest thing in your body to convert and use as energy. That’s why it is chosen over any other energy sources.

Typically, on a normal higher carbohydrate diet, the body uses glucose as the main source of energy. Where, Keto diet teaches our body to break down fats for energy instead of glucose by lowering the intake of carbs and adding good fats in our food. In this way, we can lose weight and also eat healthy food instead of eating a lot of carbs in our daily life.

In a summery, other diets break glucose and cannot break fat so easily that’s why the fat stays in our body. But in Keto diet, it breaks the fat for energy, which works more effectively in losing weight. Keto Diet is very efficient to lose weight in healthy way and it also has a lot of health benefits.
